Feature list

Here you’ll find a list of features available for download and use with FeatureFinder.

Two-window features

  • DifferenceInAbsMax: The difference between the absolute maxima of the target and baseline regions.
  • DifferenceOfAverages: The difference between the mean amplitudes of the target and baseline windows.
  • DifferenceOfSDs: The difference between the standard deviations of the target and baseline windows.
  • DifferenceOfSlopes:

    • The difference between the slopes of the target and baseline windows.

One-window features

  • TargetMean: The mean of the target window.
  • TargetMeanHR: The mean heart rate of the target window, calculated using the positive peaks.
  • TargetSD: The standard deviation of the target window.
  • TargetSDHR: The standard deviation of the target window heart rate, calculated using the positive peaks.
  • TargetSlope: The slope of the target window.
